I charge my clients $750 per week, plus 10% of all ad spend. I also generate $6 for every $1 spent.

Really depends on how extensive your setup would be?

We’re probably one of the rarer agencies that charge on a monthly retainer + % of ad spend but our clients are mainly enterprise/SME’s with budgets.

I think you’ll be fine hiring a freelancer, probably in the range of $500-$1k as a one off looking at the current rates and based on your light SOW but it really depends on how big your activity needs to be. (budget, campaigns/complexity etc.)

Everyone may not look at your real estate post from yesterday. Always helpful to give context around industry, budget, target country,…ect so people can self select. The more vague you are, the harder it is for anyone to give you a price.

If you wanted a freelancer rather than an agency, I charge my clients $450/month. Feel free to DM me to see if I’d be a good fit!

You can’t get an answer without telling your budget/niche. I think with a freelancer you are more likely to get 10%-20% of your budget for Ad spend. But if your spend is really high then that % can be lower. On the hand if your spend is lower that % would be high like if just for example if you’re spending 500$ a freelancer would still want 200-300$ so that becomes about 40% of your ad spend.
