How much should I pay a social media manager?
About 2 posts a month by the manager, my business partner and I would keep posting our usual stories.

I pay around 600 euro per month for my manager, she posts 1-2 posts a week

2 posts per month and that’s it? Are they reels or just standard graphics? I would pay about $200 for this service, possibly less because it just seems very half-assed to schedule only 1 post every 2 weeks unless they’re brilliant pieces that have been thoughtfully strategized.

I work with 2 of my friends, where we do social media posts and graphic design. We charge 200-300 euro a month for 2-3 posts a week. I think you should find something around this price.

It should be around $250 – $500 according to the skills and it can be increased if you are getting it done by big firms of social media.

Youre not including all the other things that go into this. Do they have to produce the content (photos, video, graphics, etc) themselves or are you providing it? Do they have a content or editorial calendar to work from or will they be creating and managing that as well?

You could hire a Social Media Virtual Assistant supported by a team of graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters/SEO experts.
Mix of reels and graphics, 1-2 times a week – can range from $200-$800/month based on experience/expertise, scope of work and project complexity.
