    Hi guys,

Been lurking for a while now and learning a lot from this subreddit!

I’ve started my own website, which is an online directory for tattooshops in the Netherlands. I tried optimising the website’s speed and I got some great results on GTMetrix (A scores).

However, I receive errors on Google Search Console because for my LCP (>4s) and CLS (>0,25).

I understand this is just simulated data, but I am wondering if this will impact my rankings? Should I focus on solving these errors, or should I not worry because my GTMetrix scores are great?

Don’t know what to do, so I am hoping you guys can give me some solid advice 🙂

Google says some of the pagespeed insights data will start impacting rankings in 2021.

Whether that happens, though, is still up in the air. My feeling is we won’t likely see them impact rankings in 2021, until perhaps later in 2021, or most likely into early 2022.

This is because they’ve delayed switching all sites to mobile first indexing until next spring.
