  How do you predict KPIs for clients?

  Hey everyone!

  I wanted to pick your brains and see what your process is like for measuring / reporting / predicting KPIs for clients? Emphasis on predicting as social media is unpredictable.

  I normally work on an account a few weeks, study the numbers and make predictions from there. Is there a more effective way to approach this?
