How can I guarantee backlinks for my client?
So in short my client is expecting high quailty backlinks to there site but without paying for them. so how can get them without paying? ive tried out reaching contact for backlinks but no response. they want there traffic to increase etc.

Lol get a new client. That is very unreasonable.
They may be ignorant of how SEO works though, in which case you need to sit them down and properly explain it.If they are just bad clients then cut them lose, the negative effects of a bad client can follow you for a while.
