  How are counted internal links in a site with desktop/mobile versions

  Site has a desktop version and a mobile one for obvious reasons, at least in our thinking. Anybody any idea how internal links are counted, since their number are different? More desktop internal linkss than the mobile version.I did search the Internet, but nobody know…Thanks!
  Edited: No need of lectures from you guys, it is our choice “by design” to not go responsive and I will not go into the long list of motifs. And a quick sample: google – not responsive. So, I just wonder if any of you has any answer or clue about my questions.

  Google uses mobile indexing first-but you shouldn’t have separate versions- should have one responsive version of website.
