Hootsuite alternatives??
I manage 4 different small businesses social media accounts and 2 of them are set up through Hootsuite and it sometimes works sometimes doesn’t, but when it does work it is brilliant! The other 2 accounts have various problems with Hootsuite saying fb and Instagram are not connected. Even though I have spent an extensive amount of time to connect them and they are clearly connected. That said is there some alternative I could try besides HS? Thank you all so much for your time.

Sprout Social is good. Honestly, though, none of these services are ever complete. Some are good at one thing, but weak at others.

Have you reached out to support? I fought a month long battle about this exact problem and it was only fixed when they admitted it was a problem on their end and fixed it.

Sometimes I’ve had to start all over again with HS by removing all the accounts for the client then putting them back in. It’s a pain but it’s worked.

I know people love HS, and it’s acceptable but buggy as you mentioned. I’d suggest you check into Sendible, similar pricing, and Agorapulse, can be pricey depending on how many profiles you’re managing but interesting features.
