It definitely needs a lot more relevant hashtags and tags the location. Basic stuff.

I think your perspective could use some work. Anyone walking through the area you’re in can see the same view. Try different angles, and tag the locations.
Add a few more hashtags in the comments of your photos might help as well. Some fun hashtags that are relevant to the subject matter. You can try out hashtag tools, I believe Hashtagify has an Instagram tool. But try to branch out from just the photography tag, that tag will be oversaturated and any well-known photographer will show up above your content, you might get buried.
Tag other accounts that share photography work as well.
