Here are some good resources to brush up your social media marketing skills
Here’s a curated list of my favourite resources & creators to help you:
1. Emarketer’s Social Media Blog: This blog gives you insider insights about state of social media backed by data.
2. Accessible Social – It’s a Social Media Library to teach you about importance of Alt text & other underrated social media elements.
3. 1000 True Fans – Search on Google “1000 true fans by Kk .org” it is one of the best reads to run community building.
4. Waldo Search – It’s hard to find quality content & researches regarding social media marketing or any form of marketing. Use this search engine to find researches done on social media, its an alternative to Google Scholar.
5. Visme – I know Canva is the GOAT, but visme beats Canva in few directions. First, Visme’s YouTube channel is a great resource for learning Marketing design.
6. Dash Hudson – Their blog & resources on Instagram marketing are valuable to newbie & amateur marketers.
7. Creator Insider – This youtube channel informs you about latest updates regarding YouTube & creators.
8. Twitter MBA – It’s a free course by @heyblake on twitter, he successfully scaled Copy AI’s twitter & his own. It is better than all the blogs out there about twitter growth.
9. Tiktok Insights Library- It’s a free library filled with data about Tiktok advertising.
10. Newsroom Blogs – Every Social Media Platform have a blog where they share latest updates & resources, those will help you better than outdated blogs on search.Extras:
* Try to build a social swipe file of big corporate accounts run by social media managers at McDonald’s, Ryan Air & others. That will help you generate content ideas that go viral.
* The Social Juice- That’s my newsletter that will help you find more resources & marketing news every week. (Link in my bio)
