I just got an email and notification
“We don’t have enough customer feedback data
We haven’t received enough recent purchase feedback for this Page to show a feedback score. This may be because you aren’t actively selling or advertising Ecommerce products, or because your volume of sales from Facebook is low.”
My page doesn’t allow reviews and I don’t see any “score”. Just the pasted quote on my business page.
How do i fix this? I don’t think buy likes and followers is going to help.
Do i enable reviews on my page? -

You need to get sales through Facebook ads, Facebook will ask your customers about the experience after a few days you specified
