HELP: Keyword Rankings in Moz Suddenly Dropped Overnight?
As the subject reads, I oversee the rankings for a small business and track our search visibility and keyword rankings using Moz’s keyword tracker.
In my weekly insight report I noticed that our search visibility tanked by like 70% of its previous score. Many of our branded keywords, for which we appeared in position 1 of Google SERP consistently, have dropped to positions of 3-4. Non-branded keywords took a much bigger hit with some dropping from rankings of 10-13 all the way down to 25+.
Delving deeper, this drop occurred specifically overnight on 7/27/23. My web admin insists we made no website changes on or around this day and I can find no evidence of a Google Update that would indicate changes to the algorithm or a reason why we could have been slapped with a penalty.
Has anyone else had a similar experience within the last couple of weeks? Wtf am I missing? And how can I track down where these drops are coming from?

Check google search console if the drops are actually true. Trackers are usually not accurate. We don’t know any more info so it is hard to help you
