    Help! Conversations for my webinar

Posted by Impressive-Bat7046 on July 8, 2023 at 10:34 am

I’m using google ads with a square online store I built.

I’m hosting free webinars and I’m getting clicks to the website.

My current CTR is 0.82% and my CPC is 15 cents.

People are going to the website from the ad, but people are not signing up for the webinar. This could be an issue with my landing page.

If anyone had advice please let me know.

    Thank you.

If they are making it to the landing page and bouncing it’s not tech it’s either the copy or your value prop is bing rejected by your target audience or you are driving the wrong people to the lander.

    Hi u/Impressive-Bat7046

Critiquing a landing page is a lot easier than building one, so please don’t feel like my comments are an attack on your efforts.

I’ve taken a look at the landing page. I think it needs work before you spend money sending people there.

The site loads slowly. Take a look at the PageSpeed Insights report for the site here [https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-www-kleptonomo-com/auki08cccs?form_factor=mobile](https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-www-kleptonomo-com/auki08cccs?form_factor=mobile) to get some ideas on what you can do to improve that.

I think you also need to work on the copy.

Getting someone to sign up and actually attend a webinar – even a free webinar – is difficult. People need to be convinced that:-

    * You have the answers to their questions.
    * You’re legit.
    * What they’re going to learn in the webinar will be worth their time and effort.
    * That you’re not going to hard-sell them something.
    * That there isn’t an easier way of getting the information they’re after eg reading it on a website right now, watching a video on YouTube right now etc.

At the moment the 91 words on the page don’t do a great job of any of these.

If you post the words in your best performing ad I’ll give you some ideas on how to write the copy.
