Having an issue with Facebook Ads only spending half my budget at my wits end
Ok so a bit of background, I am running a weekly video ad (for link clicks) that has a budget of $10,000, for the last few months I have been seeing FB only spend 4k-7k of that budget, I have tried switching out adsets, changing to accelerated. Upping my bidcap, removing the bid cap, going with lowest cost, changing my video ad out to be more engaging, changing the ad copy.
Even my lookalike audiences adset (30m reach) is now only delivering less than 5k link clicks.
I recently connected with a Facebook marketing rep and even they said they did not understand why it was not spending.
Basically I am at my wits end, my boss is not terribly happy the ads are not performing.
Do you guys have any idea what could be the issue?

Are you changing the ad each week? I’ve had issues with campaigns never getting out of some sort of learning phase if I changed my ads too frequently.
