How do I get more experience and skills in technical seo? I have a blog but it is not doing well. I’m still working on it, probably have to make another one. I would like to improve my technical SEO. I also have a goal of getting a entry level SEO job as well next year.

Technical SEO is about making sure the site is crawlable and indexable and debugging related issues (why page X is not being indexed; why page Z is loading slowly, etc)
Learning the about how to read the source code, what is the DOM, how to use your browser’s developer console and best practices to optimize page speed are all incredibly useful knowledge

Set up a dummy site and experiment. It’s the best way to get your hands dirty

Break out of the cliche terms and actions mentioned to death. Everyone is doing the same thing. Not much to gain with this information.

For a more technical SEO plan you need to delve into structured data and machine language for text/sentiment/extraction analysis.
