Guidance on increasing followers and engagement
I'm a social media manager and working on organic growth. Our digital marketer is running ads for lead gen. My tasks are to create regular content and increase following and engagement.
Any tips on this (without running ads — as mentioned, we only have ads for lead gen and it's working pretty well) on Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin?
Honestly, I feel very pressured to grow the brand. I don't know where to share our content (maybe some FB groups, but how about IG? Linkedin?)
Any guidance from those who are experienced growing a brand from 0 would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Depends on the type of business that you are working with. General tip is to produce 3 videos a day and post them on the main social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat ect. If you make good content, you can get viral pretty easily.
