The business opened a second location about 2 months ago in the next city over (Winter Park). When clients google “<Business name> Winter Park” it is pulling up their original location on Google Maps, and not the new one that is in Winter Park. The Google Maps listing has been up for about 2 months.

**Any ideas on how to solve this problem?** I’m assuming just time, unless I keyword stuff the title on Google Business with “<Business name> – Winter Park”, which I’m hesitant to do.

Something I noticed is if you do “<Business name> Winter Park, FL” it then pulls up the correct one.

I definitely think there is a delay in address changes being fully updated.

If you have multiple locations it can be perfectly acceptable to put the city name in the location. That might help.

Big brands even do this with neighborhoods/areas like “Brand Name West Edmonton”

    From GMB’s support docs:

    >” All locations must have the same name **unless the business’s real world representation consistently varies from location to location**. All locations must also have the same category if they provide the same service. “
