Google Update – Link Building
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to ask for your advice. Since the last Google update, we have been debating whether or not we can build backlinks to websites with no traffic as long as they have topical relevance with our niche. I am totally confused about whether or not we should just push through with getting backlinks on websites that have very low traffic.

Sure, why not?
Just make sure:
– they’re not accepting guest posts (write for us)
– they’re uploading fresh niche-relevant content
– they don’t post all kinds of articles on their websites (like casino, adult, etc)

Most likely these backlinks won’t suddenly help you rank your keywords on top 3 on Google, but to have a balanced backlink profile, you’ll need a few “not-so-strong” backlinks as well.
