  Google shopping hyphen issue

  Need some help.

  I keep getting really odd matches in my Google shopping campaigns and was wondering if anyone had a solution.

  We use product SKUs in our shopping titles and would prefer only to be matched for the queries that match that SKU. In our industry the SKU is what people search for. The SKU is usually in this format 4CD1412-1dd01-1aa1.

  The problem is we get loads of irrelevant matches. Looking at the search terms, I believe this is down to how Google handle hyphens. It is splitting the part number down into and then matching on the partial SKU. Obviously this isn’t what we want. Anyone had this problem before and could suggest a solution?
