Google Console showing traffic from China
Is there a way to find out if the traffic is spam bots or something else? Or can we block this traffic? I checked the traffic language, and it’s Chinese.
Also this is no way I’m trying to be mean, but kind of concerned thinking about what if the traffic turns out to be spam bots?

Anyone in IT worth their salt is suspicious of traffic from China, so no worries about being mean. Good vibes does not keep your data safe.
Honestly, I’d recommend everyone have a managed challenge via Cloudflare for China traffic or whatever other dns firewall you prefer

It is likely spam and or bots. If you have a CDN, you can block traffic from countries – if not your hosting company might have something to help as well.
You can’t block from GSC or GA.
