It’s been 10 years since I’ve dabbled in SEO. I used to use Google Adwords for Keyword research, but it doesn’t seem to exist anymore.

What’s the modern version of it, or what are the best keyword research sites / tools you guys recommend?

Keyword tool is still there and it’s still one of the best options for keyword data. Numbers straight from the horse’s mouth, as it were.

Might have just moved a bit? There’s a planning section under tools I think, and it lives in there now.

It’s now called the Google Ads Keyword Planner

Edit: Oh and it’s no longer AdWords, it’s Google Ads.

Usually just use the Google Ads keyword planner, or other tools like [keywordtool.io](https://keywordtool.io).

I actually recently built SEOCopy.ai, which allows you to easily generate new optimised copy using AI, with auto included SEO keyword suggestions (allows you to create copy for descriptions, blogs, landing pages and more), and I ran into this problem when choosing a tool to pull keywords from ?for now, I ended up settling with Google’s built in suggestion tool as keyword API’s are pretty expensive.
