Google Ads support basically doesn’t exist anymore
I submitted an urgent request on 9/15 to get my account switched from individual to organization. Confirmation said it would take 1 business day to respond. 3 week, later got this:

My experiences have been horrible recently as well.
Even if I do get a timely reply, they seem to completely misunderstand the issue, or seem to be satisfied with copy-pasting an unrelated template response in the hopes I leave them alone.

Yep, this is the response I get to all tickets now after about 3 weeks.
