Google Ads Preview Tool Not Working
Has anyone else been having issues with the Google Ads Preview Tool? I used to have to provide a screenshot of ads for certain clients for reimbursement purposes. After entering the keyword and location you would get a message saying “your ad is showing” and then a green highlight around your ad.
Now, it says “your ad is showing” but it doesn’t show. It’s not listed. Additionally in a lot of cases NO ads are being shown at all, for searches that have generated a sizable amount of impressions and clicks.
I’ve seen this for multiple accounts. To the point that the reimbursement screenshots I used to have to submit, we’ve been resubmitting previous month’s ones and changing the date of the file.
Has anyone encountered this? I’ve asked two different Google folks about it and have gotten the run around.
