  Google Ads: Customer Match Policy violation

  My Google Ads account is giving me a warning that I’m in violation of the “Customer Match Policy”, and I’m very confused as to what I’m in violation of.

  The only thing I can think of is that I’m doing manual CPC, instead of their automated bidding strategy, and because I’m doing healthcare, it’s in some sort of violation. Anyone ever encounter something like this, or know how to get around it?
