Google Ads Budget Working Problem With Restricted Days and Hours
Does anyone know how to make Google Ads spend my whole budget when I've placed restrictions for days and hours?
I started with a $2k monthly budget, with no restrictions on days and hours. It was spent completely every month without problems.
Then, I changed the days when the ad can be shown, from Monday to Thursday, and also the hours. The problem is that I was hoping Google would "get" that and start to use more money from the budget on those days to reach the monthly budget I've set of $2k. Let's say, to use the same system it uses when there are no restrictions. But that's not what happened.
I just divided $2k by 16 (all Mondays to Thursdays in a month) and set a daily budget of $125. The first month it worked almost perfectly, spending $1.97k, but now, on the 19th of April, it has spent $1.57k and is expected to spend $2.2k when I just want to spend $2k. And I'm certain that if I leave it like this, it will continue to increase until reaching the monthly budget that corresponds with the $125 daily budget, $3.8k.
Some could think it could have to do with that there are not enough opportunities for the platform to spend the money, but I know this campaign and its potential from top to bottom, being completely certain that if I were to triple my budget, it would get spent with no big difference in the Cost Per Conversion. So that's not the problem.
I would be very glad if someone could help me with this issue that has been stressing me out for a long time. Just want spend the monthly budget I set, the days and hours set.
Cheers!
