Google Ads Are Completely Wrecking my Head… And My Business !

I was getting account suspended notices at least 10 times every day so I disconnected Google from my site completely (don’t do this, it’ll make the notices come even faster). Eventually Google put me in touch with one of their experts who spent almost 2 hours on the phone with me advising how to fix things, I even got congratulated for having 100% SEO score.
Everything worked fine for about 90 minutes when the notices started coming faster than ever. I just ignored them as I thought the google expert would fix it the next day
My site was getting approx 300 hits per day, though most of these came from youtube videos and Twitter. Google were sending me approx 85-90 hits per day.
Later that night at 01:01 I had over 4K impressions and 306 hits in 1 minute. These cost me over $7 per click and now I’m suspended until I pay the bill which I’m trying to argue that I’m not responsible For.
I’ve sent screen grabs, copies of emails to prove I couldn’t be responsible, But I get my appeal turned down every time.. But at least they only notify me once at a time.
I was charged and paid them $15.62 the other day and never noticed until the invoice came through later. This bills was for 1 hit each day on 2 days in September.
I got no Ads Running, My account has been constantly suspended since March and my site isn’t connected with google in any way…
I lost this appeal as well .. lol
Anyone any ideas ?
Has anyone ever successfully sued over these things ?

What are you going to sue for? Seems like you gave the rep permission to make the changes. Googles “experts” are good for nothing more then increasing your ad spend with zero care about your return.

You should hire someone to setup your campaign. Don’t trust the google salesperson.

Honestly, in such cases fb is great. Either fb bans you or refund you with an ad credit.

I don’t get it, why wouldn’t you have to pay the bill? You ran the ads. It sounds like you probably didn’t set them up right.

As for the 4k impression and hits, these are bots, they say hello every time there is a new campaign.. You can argue with google that this is not chargeable, but you can’t really do anything… We call it the “google fee”

Google & Facebook just turning into crap day by day instead of focusing on solutions they are running for profit I don’t for how long that gonna last but everything will end soon.
