Google Ads Account suspension help
I just recently opened up my online store and planned on using Google shopping ads to generate sales. I set up my Google ads account and merchant center account about a week ago. I’ve made sure that my site is clean, has all the required pages, and two forms of contact.
Today I got hit with an account suspension even though I haven’t started to run ads. I should note that I have a business partner that has been accessing the account from a different country, but I’m not sure if that’s the issue.
My merchant center is telling me that I’ve been suspended for misrepresentation. None of the products on the store are claiming anything too bold and the products are not counterfited. I’ve also made sure that they product page is optimized before pushing it to the merchant center.
I tried calling, however they’re not taking any call so I submitted my appeal through their form.
Has anyone ever experiened an issue like this? If so, what did you do to resolve it?

This has been happening a lot recently. Typically, after contacting Google Support you can get it reinstated. You’ll need to be very consistent and keep following up with them.

make sure your product images are not from Ali or wherever you get them also no fake reviews
