Google Ads A-B-Test to compare “Maximise Conversions” vs. “Maximise Conversion Value” performs better with “Maximise Conversions” although we have vastly different values attributed to different conversions. Does any of you ever had a similar issue?

I attributed values to leads (1 USD) and sales (100 USD).

So naturally “Maximise Conversion Value” should bring us more revenue than “Maximise Conversions” because the latter is ignorant towards these values.

Still the base Campaign performs better even in terms of converison value.

(The amount of conversions is not extremely high. It’s something between 10 and 30 conversions per week. The Split test setting is cookie based split.§)
