GIPHY Brand Channel for a Small Brand
Hello, one of my clients is a small makeup brand who would like to publish some animated stickers on Instagram. I read on the GIPHY website that we need an email with a company name domain to apply for a Brand Channel. The problem is, this brand doesn’t have an email with a company name nor do they have a website. Does anyone have any experience uploading branded stickers without a brand channel? Is there a way to do this?

No experience here, but if your not meeting their submission guidelines…I doubt you’ll have much luck.
I’d say try to find a contact email, develop a dialogue with them, to get you to a place where you can ask if they can let you upload.
Short of that, I see them just denying it based on not meeting guidelines…and possibly worse, banning you even when the client does get a domain and you try again. Not sure how militant they are over at Giphy.
Flip side…I’d guess submissions are automated/authenticated based on their guidelines, so you could go ahead and try…if it works…cool.
But when the client gets a domain and email, try again.

You can buy a .com domain name for the brand it generally includes an email forward, you don’t need to set up a website.
