  Gclid ID not being tracked properly by Hubspot

  Hello everyone,

  Title says it all : We noticed more conversion on google ads than actual leads with a gclid ID on hubspot, during the same period of time, and by at least a 40% margin.

  Has anyone faced a same tracking issue ? I’ve heard Hubspot didn’t track Gclid ID well…We’ve always had this problem.

  If not, how does anyone track ROAS and if their lead comes from ggads or another funnel if you have a CRM for lead gen, and not an ecommerce ? Quite confused

  I got someone on reddit (he does seem very experimented) asking me for 700 USD to fix that issue, is it that complicated ?

  Why does hubspot say they can sync with google ads if it’s only working halfway
