What us a typical ratio of follows vs unfollows? I know there are a lot of bots and people who try to get followers by follow spamming. So what should be expected?

Follow-for-follow, or follow/unfolllow is not a sustainable, or a working strategy on any platform.

Gaining followers for the sake of gaining followers is a vanity metric, and of zero value to your marketing.

These people are not following you because they’re
Interested in the value you’re bringing to the marketplace, but rather a perpetual obliged reciprocity, with see value to you in dollar terms.

It would be of more value to pay for advertising with a legitimate offer that attracts followers, that have an interest in what you’re selling / your service / your product.

Everything else is a waste of time and energy.

And yes, you have to pay to play.

This is business, and there are almost never great free opportunities unless found in yet undiscovered, non-monetized platforms.

Playing the 5-10 year old game of a platform already monetized, following the fake strategies of someone only making money from marketing to people that believe the opposite is true, is exactly how marketers make money.

They do so by paying for ads to get in front of those looking for ways to generate a free, viral following.

    Don’t believe the BS.
