Facebook page messages notification not working in Business Manager App
I’ve been having this issue with not only notifications but with messages as well. Everything is turned on in-app and on phone. I’m receiving messages from Instagram through Business Manager, but not from Facebook. My college is also having this problem. We didn’t change any settings for 6 months regarding our business, nor on any pages.
Edit: I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews of Business Suite app, all complaining about the same issue.

I’m using Facebook Business Suite now and all messages, Insta or FB, are coming through that. Could the app be the problem?

There are some sneaky settings within biz manager and your page manager – double check you have all the correct permissions on your account between both. But does it matter which one your getting notifications through? If they all work in one, why not stick with that instead of getting alerted twice

The weirdest thing is that Instagram messages are coming through Business suite (sorry I was calling it manager before).
