    Facebook Learning Limited

Posted by seohelper on June 4, 2021 at 6:31 am

My website conversion campaign has been running since April with 62 leads in total, however the delivery status still says learning limited because it’s not generating enough leads.

How many leads does it take to exit learning phase? I’m seeing this across all my campaigns btw. Does it matter the size of the audience, budget, campaign objective?

    Appreciate the help!

Facebook states that you need to have 50 conversions per week to exit the Learning Limited phase. However, that’s hard for most marketers. Try changing your creative or targeting. That might help. Best of luck!

    Hey,

If you can’t get enough conversions, you can chose to optimize toward a different objective. If you optimized toward “purchases”, try to change it to “add to cart” instead

Audience size – budget – objective definitely matter, the optimisation goal also matters. For example you could optimise for landing page views if you aren’t getting those 50 conversions, here you go UP the funnel. Sometimes you can just turn off the weak adsets, and keep the good one on. I would also suggest to create a totally new adset to test something different, maybe a purely demographic based audience? If you have the luxury of time and budget, test as much as possible in order to find the sweet spot. Also try to explore/test any custom conversions you can get. And if you’re splitting placements, try to go automatic there. Plenty of options to take, again just need to test and find the sweet spot.
