Facebook Ad Account Review Time
Anyone else experiencing a ridiculous wait time for their account to be reviewed?
Mine got disabled 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for a response.
I found a way to request another review via a link. Should I open another support ticket and hope that works?

I’m 3 weeks in as well. I have contacted support and they simply stated to wait for the review to finish. What’s funny about my situation is that this particular Ad account has never run an ad, and I am the only person managing it. My other ad accounts that I manage are active. So theres no reason for it to have been disabled. At this point we are simply considering not using Facebook. I hope others will do the same. They have lost their way.

Anything from 2 days to 3 months is normal. Mine was closed for 3 months. Afterwards, they opened it but kept the “business” page account blocked forever, effectively making it impossible to ever use Facebook for ads again. I have never violated any ads policy, though, and they also never claimed it. My guess is they just don’t want certain types of ads – mine were for fantasy and sci-fi novels on Amazon, so it might just be anti-competitive behavior against Amazon.
Put it as you like, Facebook’s business is dying. You cannot constantly alienate your customers and think “they’ll just come back anyway.”

Our account got nuked. Apparently we broke some rules but the refused to give us the reason. I’m betting they are overwhelmed and simply don’t give a fuck anymore.
