Facebook account got disabled because of instagram
Hello everyone!
Yesterday all of a sudden, I tried to open my instagram, and it said to log back in again, and I could no longer do it, because I was disabled for some reason. I never posted or said anything on instagram that could go against the rules, so I don’t know what I did wrong. And my facebook account is linked to instagram, therefore I cannot use any of them!! more than 10 years facebook profile, and I no longer can log back in. 🙁 I would give a damn about instagram, but my facebook account is very important to me, because I have a business page there, and the only profile I could manage my page was the one that got disabled.. I cannot contact facebook or instagram in any way, and the only message I get when I try to log in is I can ask for another check for my instagram account in 24 hours.. basically nothing, and I’m so worried about it. If I can’t log in, and I don’t know what I did wrong, I can change nothing, therefore I’ll never get back my accounts.. 🙁 Please, tell me what to do, ’cause I would really need at least my facebook profile.. Thank you

Absolutely nothing next they will want your government ID, you’re upload that and they will say your account is still banned time to start the painful process of making a new account

I had the same thing happen to me. Both accounts were “banned” I was never given a reason why and was never able to get them reinstated. I had to start from scratch.
I lost access to a couple of business Facebook pages, which really hurt. Luckily, the other ones had shared admins on it, so they still had access and could grant my new account access.
After that fiasco, I have multiple people as admin on all my business pages on Facebook. Make sure you do the same going forward.
The worst part of it was the 10+ years of photos and memories that I posted on Facebook and Instagram just vanished.
Keep in mind, it is a free service they provide, and they can take it away at any time. Don’t rely on them for anything. I know I don’t anymore.

Same thing happened to me as well. Fb Got disabled due to Instagram without any reason. Now I can’t even login to another ID or create a new one.
