Facebook account got banned after creating new account and publishing first ad
Two days ago, I’ve decided to use Facebook’s ad system, so I created a new facebook account for my business stuff to separate it from my private account since I don’t want the ad fb page to be affiliated with my private profile.
Straight after that I’ve created a new fb page, but then they required me to solve a capture and to provide and verify a phone number. Did that, added my bank account details to the ad manager, but just after trying to publish my first fb campaign they needed me to upload a picture of my face (wtf?).
I have no idea how they’re going to verify an empty profile using a pic of me in the first place, since I haven’t submitted any face related pictures to facebook for the past 8 years, and none on that new account. So I uploaded a pic there so that they could magically change their mind and unlock my profile.
Finally, I tried to log in back to facebook and now it says that my account is banned:

>We have already reviewed this decision and it can’t be reversed. They don’t provide any reason either. I think their algorithm somehow thought that I am a bot, so do I need to post random stuff before on my profile next time?
Any advice on how to proceed? Should I try to use my private account instead and create a new campaign? Do I need to use a different bank account / credit card for not getting “flagged” again?
Thanks in advance.
