Extremely Intrigued About the Quality Score of My Keywords

Posted by seohelper on November 11, 2020 at 1:33 pm

    Hey everyone!

I’ve been having a recurring problem with Google Ads. The **quality score of my keywords doesn’t exceed 8**. I have several campaigns and in all of them the maximum I can get is 8.

SKAG, ads with more than 15% CTR (predicted CTR is above average), keywords in ads and landing page, secure and fast website, experience on the page considered average and relevance of the ad above average.

What more steps can I take to place keywords with a 9 or 10 quality score?

    Thanks!

Don’t get hung up on this score. It doesn’t matter. I know it’s counter-intuitive, but you simply can’t reach 10/10 for some keywords. If your campaign is performing well, then I would just continue to let it run like this. 8 is way above average.

If you’re absolutely determined to increase the score, then you’ll need to work on your landing page since the other two components are already at “above average”. Create a new page, set up an A/B test, see what Google’s algorithm thinks of it. Do keep in mind that you shouldn’t just optimize for the machine, but primarily for your customers.
