Existing post ERROR HELP
Afternoon,
I’m creating some ads and I want to retain the engagement so I am trying to use the Use existing post feature which has worked in the past no issues, however when i copy the ID from the URL of the ad i want to copy, and click submit it does not bring up the relevant ad instead it brings up as seen in the link ([https://imgur.com/a/tkopdte](https://imgur.com/a/tkopdte)). I’ve blurred out brand stuff and underneath the big square is just a random stock image from our catalogue attached to our account.
To note – I am copying the ID from the url which is after “posts/4523532532532”. 4523532532532 is the number i am using.
I have no idea it used to work is anyone else experiencing this?
