Does Meta flag pages and wipe out their reach?
I run a business page for our company, that is one of nine similar pages. While my FB insights still suggest strong performance (I don’t trust them at all), the incoming site traffic from my links has become atrocious, and my Instagram page (connected to the FB page) has nosedived terribly in the same timeframe. Is it possible Meta flagged us for something and permanently wrecked the page? All of our other eight pages are still performing well as they always have, so this one is the outlier.

No. It’s probably that your content isn’t converting.
But, also, many small business are suffering right now due to a few economic conditions.
