Does Google ads use conversion data on campaign level or account level?

I’m a bit confused on how Google uses the conversion data in automated campaigns such as maximize conversions.

I have three different campaigns for the same ecommerce website and the goal is to get purchases. They are targeted to three different geographical areas. My question: Does google Ads track and use the conversions on campaign level or account level? For instance, can campaign 1 also benefit from conversion data from campaign 2 and 3?

Google uses conversion data across your account to assist with bidding in individual campaigns. It’s most likely that individual campaign conversion data is more heavily weighted/counted, but other conversions definitely help.

The algorithm definitely profits from having conversion data in your account, as it can see what kind of people are converting for this specific conversion action. It definitely helps if your campaign has no data otherwise, but it can’t replace the campaign getting its own conversions.
