  Does anyone know of any free social media mirroring tools, that mirror all users posts across platforms.

  I am interested in creating a community discussion page that works across multiple platforms.
  I have found a lot of management tools/programs that repost one users content to multiple platforms, but this is not what I want. I want EVERY users posts to be reposted into ALL the other platforms, so everyone can communicate with others regardless of the platform they are on.

  Obviously there would be issues with converting the format between the various websites’ different structures, the frequency of the bots, API access etc. But surely someone has tried this already as it has many use cases.
