Does anyone know any useful tools for helping come up with ideas on social media?
I just took on a new marketing job for a real estate brokerage. I’m the only marketer here and one of my jobs is doing the social. I’m looking for something that could help me come up with ideas a bit faster.

Im a huge fan of Forekast.com for finding quick content ideas.

Check your competitors feeds.
Check out other people in the same industry on the other side of the country.
Check out tangential businesses.If you’re cut out for this, that should give you inspiration on things to do, AND solid insight into what not to do.

You can use crowdtangle platform to find trending content on Facebook Instagram and Reddit for specific keyword searches or lists of profiles. It’s free for non agencies (usually publishers or brands), I also use Facebook ad library too to see how/what content competitors are using for ads/targeting too.

I do social media for real estate too and I like to keep up with local newspapers and publications for ideas about real estate related content like new buildings/developments and especially right now with election seasons there’s propositions that may be real estate related. Apart from that I frequently check the National Association of Realtors website for stats/news. Try checking your local and state chapter as well for more specific data. Hope this helps!
