Do you know any freeware/one time payment social media management tools?
These make sense IMHO, as accessing the APIs with an already programmed software doesn't require any kind of monthly services.

Check codecanyon. A bunch of tools are available there. But keep in mind that you’ll need to setup the hosting and deal with updates too. Also maybe search GitHub if you can find some open-source projects for this.
The reason they’re monthly payment tools is because you just use the tools. But you can always do something like above too.

Check out Hootsuite – it’s affordable and offers a variety of features for social media management.
