I’m looking to purchase a domain with backlinks and some authority. How much would you pay for a DA47 gaming domain, 11 years old, 600+ referring domains, 300,000 dofollow backlinks…
My goal is to establish a new site with the domain, to monetize it with adsense and to sell guest posts.
What would be a fair price for such a domain name?

:- Keywords on Website
:- Website traffic quality related to your keywords
:- Website content
2nd look for a website on sell relavent to your keywords with 100K+ visitors
3rd purchase website and put your content on home page and you are all set
To do this all it may cost $400-$1000 depends on traffic quality and keywords
Instead you can always use Google adwords, Facebook & Bing ads to get targeted audience on your New site which may be good idea too in SEO perpose

DA, PA means nothing ! those metrics can be easily manipulated. You need to check the back link profile and see if their links have any relevance to your content intention etc.
i would also check archive.org to see if the site has been used as a pbn if it has there’s a high chance that it was de-indexed and was penalized by Google !
