Customer persona via Facebook?
Hi, I work for a restaurant group and have downloaded a .csv file from our booking software of our most frequent bookers. The information they give over at point of booking is email address, name, and phone number. Am I able to plug this .csv into Audiences on FB Ads Manager (or somewhere else) and have it throw back something that would help me build a customer persona for our most loyal customer?
I know I can make a lookalike audience, but I’d like to produce something more focused. Thanks a lot for any help.

I don’t think you can do this with FB. What you can you do is use some sort of data enrichment or consumer data appending tool that will give you additional information about the contacts in your CSV. that can then help you build your customer persona.
The tools I’ve seen that can do this are Versium Reach, Melissa Direct, and Experian. Hope this helps!
