  Could i be penalized for switching between accounts and engaging between them?

  I have a popular account and have just become an admit for a struggling account.

  My question is; is there any downside to generating engagement between the two?

  My concern is that they are the same IP address and that I will get flagged for essentially talking to myself.

  This is how the MySpace ‘famous’ people did it. As for whether you’ll get banned, where are you doing it?

  No idea because you didn’t tell us the platform ?‍♂️ if it’s Facebook they probably wouldn’t care while instagram they probably will, Reddit will care if your upvoting your own post but probably wouldn’t care if you just made a comment. It’s all in a gray area and you should avoid it.
