Hi friends! I'm a Marketing manager and content creator with raging adhd and i'm looking to invest in some calendar software.

This is what i'm looking for:

    • Has a traditional monthly view option
    • Ability to schedule tasks
    • Attach documents
    • Allow for multiple calendars (Negotiable)
    • IOS APP (Negotiable)

i've been using BLAZE AI and the calendar feature is pretty good but i'm unable to schedule tasks, only create documents within the site and it also comes with some AI bells and whistles which are cool in theory, but aren't that useful to me as they are not designed for someone managing multiple businesses. The UI is very attractive and customisable which I like, not too clinical for my creative eyeballs.

Let me know what you all use/suggest!

I use Notion, which can do all of this and much more. It takes a bit of time to set up, but the power of customization is truly amazing once you get the hang of it.

Not only do I use this for my content planner, but also to save ideas, take notes, maintain checklists, save assets, store a wiki of handles, hashtags etc.

Best thing? It’s totally free at the base level (I’m using a paid version for large file saving, which is $8 a month).

[This is the YouTube tutorial](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2hDJ_ez2_o) I first used to get set up. Don’t be put off by her page’s aesthetic (I am not a fan whatsoever of the scheme), but it’s 100% customisable, so use whatever colors, layout, imagery etc. you like to make it yours.

The video should give you a good overview of the basics and help unlock the power of customizations.

Airtable might fit the bill. They have a decent number of native workflow integrations for socials too.

Sprout Social is great if you want to plan a month or so ahead!
