  • ChatGPT for Online Review Management – What do you think?

Hi all, I created a AI review management tool (torra dot ai) for my dad’s local stores. It can analyze a large amount of customer reviews, generated detailed insights with action items, and then automatically reply to low-star reviews.

Curious if you guys think this is helpful or not. Happy to provide you with a free review report if you are willing to provide feedback.

    Thanks!

I think this depends where it will respond. If it’s on social media, a la Facebook, people will definitely see through it as an automated response – which they will NOT want.

If it’s for Google, Yelp, or anything else like that, I guess it’s not as bad? It depends on what you will say and how you will try to alleviate the bad review. If the goal is to make the reviewers feel like they are being heard, it’ll be tough to pull off. Online reviews require authentic conversations. This may not be the place for AI, at least at this stage of the technology.

I think it has potential. Already browsing reviews which require attention, filtering the ones which bring some valuable feedback, and finding out the ones which require human attention would create value. Action point part also sounds great.
The replying part might be a bit more risky, so would be careful with it – so currently that works nicely?
