  Changing Landing Page URL On Active Ad

  If I change my landing page on a already active ad will google need to re-submit the ad?

  Also, if it does need to resubmit the ad, does it need to re-optimize? I am currently happy with my results but want better tracking. I am afraid My ads will stop performing

  You’re going to need to resubmit the ad. The only other option is redirecting the old URL to the new one through your host, but that’ll probably get flagged by google.

  yes, it will resubmit the ad. why do you need a different landing page for tracking? can’t you just change the javascript part of the landing page with additional analytics info

  also keep in mind that stuff like checkout / purchase are tracked on thank_you page
