  • Can’t access FB Business messages on mobile

    A good few months ago the messaging function on Business Suite stopped working properly, it would constantly say ‘waiting to reconnect’ and take ages to send my messages through or update with new messages. That problem resolved itself fairly quickly – messages sent to my business page started coming up on standard Messenger, and I would switch my active profile to my business page in Messenger to answer them.

    Now I can no longer access my business page through Messenger – the option to switch accounts to it is just no longer there. Notifications when I have a new business message have also disappeared in the last few days and I can’t access my inbox at all, and Business Suite still doesn’t update with new messages. I can access messages fine on my laptop, but it’s going to bring my average response time way down if that’s the only way I can reply to messages. Help?
