Hello everyone. Does anybody here have experience using Shopify and crawling a website to find there are hundreds if not thousands of canonical: canonicalised URLs? To my knowledge this is a Shopify specific issue… I went to go fix the 600 or so canonicals or incorrect canonicals if you will and it ended up making the website worse. Any insights here? As soon as I implemented I started noticing a decline in traffic and increase in non indexed pages.
